Dr. Alain Iserin

Mr Alain ISERIN moved to London in 2013. He completed his medical training in France studying in Paris. He was trained for shoulder surgery in the United States with renowned surgeons Professor Jobe in Los Angeles, Professor Matsen in Seattle and Professor Wolf in San Francisco

 

Mr Iserin has worked at prestigious private Hospitals in Paris and developed an expertise in shoulder problems. For the last 20 years he has focused his clinical practice on the shoulder and regularly performs 400 procedures a year among them more than 100 shoulder replacements and revisions and a lot of shoulder arthroscopies

 

Mr Iserin still works in Paris 16 at Clinique Bizet at the Paris Shoulder Unit www.institutparisienepaule.com each Monday and Tuesday. He is a member of the French Arthroscopy Society (SFA) and the European Society for Shoulder Surgery (SECEC )

 

Mr Iserin is fully registered with the GMC and listed on the GMC specialist register for Trauma and Orthopaedic surgery. He is recognized by all the major insurance companies in United Kingdom such as BUPA, AXA , AVIVA, etc…

Mr Iserin is bilingual, speaking excellent English and accepts referrals for all shoulder issues with particular expertise in shoulder replacements and revisions, arthroscopic treatment for rotator cuff tears and recurrent dislocations
